Vendors shipping booth materials, displays, literature, equipment, or other exhibition freight should review the Smith Expo Exhibitor Kit and follow the shipping instructions provided by Smith Expo.

Can I ship my Vendor Exhibition booth materials through Smith Expo?
Yes. Smith Expo provides shipping and exhibitor service information for OTOA Vendor Exhibition materials. Vendors should follow the instructions contained in the Smith Expo Exhibitor Kit.
Will my shipped materials be delivered to my booth?
Materials shipped through Smith Expo are handled in accordance with Smith Expo procedures and are delivered to the appropriate exhibitor booth as part of the exhibitor-service process.
Should I ship directly to Kalahari Resorts & Conventions instead?
Vendors should follow the shipping instructions provided in the Smith Expo Exhibitor Kit rather than assuming materials should be shipped directly to the convention center.
The official kit should be used to confirm the correct destination, labeling instructions, and shipping process for Vendor Exhibition freight.
Where do I find shipping deadlines and shipping addresses?
Shipping deadlines, approved delivery locations, labeling requirements, and other carrier instructions should be taken directly from the official Smith Expo Exhibitor Kit.
OTOA does not recommend relying on a previous year’s shipping label or address.
Can I order additional furniture or booth equipment?
Yes. Use the Smith Expo Furniture Catalog above to review available furniture and related exhibitor-service options.
Are basic booth furnishings already included with my OTOA exhibition space?
OTOA exhibition spaces include the standard booth equipment associated with the registered package, including an 8-foot skirted table, pipe and drape, two chairs, a wastebasket, and carpet.
Vendors needing additional furniture or specialized booth equipment should review the Smith Expo Furniture Catalog.
Can I ship Vendor Showcase products using the same instructions as my booth freight?
No. Use the dedicated Vendor Showcase shipping instructions.
Showcase products being sent through Smith Expo use a separate Showcase Advance Warehouse designation and shipping label.

Can firearms or ATF-regulated items be shipped to Smith Expo or OTOA?
No. Firearms and ATF-regulated items should not be shipped to Smith Expo or OTOA.
Exhibitors are responsible for personally bringing any firearm or ATF-regulated display item in accordance with applicable law and OTOA conference requirements.
What about products being submitted for the New Product Showcase?
Approved non-firearm products may be shipped through the dedicated Smith Expo Showcase Advance Warehouse process or may be hand-carried to the conference.

Firearms and ATF-regulated items may not be shipped to Smith Expo or OTOA and must be personally brought by the exhibitor.
