Keg Sponsor — $500

Sponsor beer service at OTOA hospitality events. Your company logo will be displayed in the bar area.

Coffee Station Sponsor — $500

Sponsor high-traffic coffee stations during the Monday General Session, when conference attendees are gathered together, as well as during the morning hours of the Tuesday Vendor Exhibition.

Your company logo will be displayed at each sponsored coffee station, creating repeated visibility during two of the conference’s busiest attendee periods.

Live-Fire Demo Space — $800

Ammunition Requirements & Restrictions

• Exhibitors must provide all ammunition used during their demonstration.
• Green tip, armor-piercing, Cor-Bon, and steel-core ammunition are not permitted.
• All ammunition is subject to inspection by OTOA range safety personnel.
• Full-auto demonstrations are not permitted.
• Rifle suppressors must be properly secured and are subject to inspection.

New Product Showcase — $250

1. Sunday, June 13, 2027: Attendee check-in and early conference exposure beginning at 4:00 PM.
2. Monday, June 14, 2027: All-day General Session exposure.
3. Monday Evening: Hospitality Meet & Greet exposure.

Approved non-firearm products may be shipped through Smith Expo or brought directly to the conference.

Showcase products will be returned to the company representative on Tuesday, June 15, 2027 before the Vendor Exhibition.

RIP-IT — Drive Booth Traffic & Attendee Engagement

• Participating exhibitor booths receive a custom acrylic QR-code stand.
• Attendees scan QR codes at participating booths.
• Door prizes are awarded during the Tuesday evening hospitality event.

OTOA staff will visit participating booths on Tuesday to collect door-prize items.

Exhibitors may sell eligible products directly to attendees from their booth.

Firearm sales are not permitted.
