Ammunition Restrictions: Responsible Use of Ammunition

Before conducting live-fire demonstrations, please adhere to these important ammunition guidelines:

  • The exhibitor must provide all ammunition for the weapons to be fired.
  • Prohibited ammo types: GREEN TIP, ARMOR PIERCING, CORBON, STEEL CORE AMMO.
  • OTOA range safety personnel will inspect all ammunition for compliance.

  • Full auto demonstrations are not allowed (Erie County Conservation Club rules).
  • Ensure rifle suppressors are properly secured and inspected by OTOA range safety personnel.

Good morning,

Thank you for participating in the OTOA Vendor New Product Showcase. As we approach the OTOA conference, we encourage you to consider the new products you wish to showcase. The New Product Showcase will be featured during the following times:

  • Sunday evening and Monday morning during Registration/Attendee Check-in.
  • Monday during the General Session.
  • Tuesday morning before the Vendor Show.

Items for the New Product Showcase should be dropped off at your assigned booth on Tuesday morning before the start of the Vendor Show.

Please let us know the following:

  1. Will you ship the showcase products or bring them in person?
  2. Are you providing product information, handouts, or business cards?
  3. If you plan to display firearms, please immediately contact Pat Fiorilli, OTOA Executive Director, at (216) 701-6171.

For vendors showcasing volatile or propellant products, ensure you provide inert samples.

Register early and automatically defer your payment until February 2025

We don't start invoicing registered companies until February 2025 - REGISTER EARLY - This show SELLS OUT EVERY YEAR

Cancellations - Full Refund

Cancellations received BEFORE April 30, 2025, will receive a FULL REFUND. All cancellations must be in writing (email) and sent to Terry Graham: terry.graham@otoa.org

No credits for paid booth spaces/sponsorships are carried over into the following year.

Cancellations - NO Refund

NO REFUNDS AFTER MAY 1, 2025

Cancellations received AFTER May 1, 2025,  are NOT eligible for a refund.

Payment

All vendor exhibition space and associated expenses must be paid before June 1, 2025.

Who receives and pays the invoices/bills for your company?

  • To ensure a smooth billing process and deliver invoices accurately, we kindly request the following information:

  • Full Name: Please provide the full name of the individual responsible for receiving and/or paying the invoices from your company.

  • Email Address: We must have a valid email address for the designated contact person to send invoices to. This will ensure prompt delivery and easy access to your billing information.

Open invoices are hand delivered on the event day and MUST be paid before the exhibition space is set up.

Badge Scanning & Lead Generation Information

Every conference attendee wears a mandatory name badge on a lanyard.

Each badge has a QR code containing the information you need to follow up on leads.

Scanning the QR code is FREE; you only need a FREE OTOA user account and your cell phone's camera.

User accounts are unique to your email address. Duplicate accounts for the same individual using multiple emails are auto-purged from our system.

Exhibitor Badges

Exhibitor Badge Requirement

  • Mandatory Badge Display: For the safety and smooth operation of the OTOA Tactical Operations and Public Safety Conference, all exhibitors must wear and prominently display the official conference badge issued in the name of each registered exhibitor.
  • Personal Identification: Your conference badge is your identification and access pass to the event. It ensures that you are recognized as an authorized exhibitor.
  • Networking and Recognition: The badge identifies you as a participant and aids in networking and recognition. It makes it easy for attendees and fellow exhibitors to connect with you.
  • Throughout the Exhibition: This requirement applies to your conference exhibition. Please wear and display your badge prominently at all times while you are exhibiting.
  • Lost or Damaged Badges: In the event of a lost or damaged badge, please get in touch with our exhibitor registration desk for a replacement.
  • Editing Attendee Badges: If you do not know who from your organization will attend, you can edit your allotted badges anytime by logging into your OTOA company profile after registration.
  • Additional Badges: If you require additional badges for your team, they can be purchased for $60 per badge during registration. After registering, you can also request and purchase additional badges by emailing us at office@otoa.org.
  • Individual exhibitor name badges are MANDATORY; every badge comes with a box lunch.
Booth Sharing

Booth Sharing is PROHIBITED without prior permission

Booth sharing between organizations is NOT permitted and may result in your organization being barred from future OTOA events.
