We are excited to offer an exclusive exhibition opportunity limited to 25 select vendor companies.

  • Location: Genoa Baptist Church, 7562 Lewis Center Rd, Westerville, OH 43082

Basic Exhibition Package: $500

Inclusions with Every Exhibition Space:

  • 8' Table: Note: Due to space restrictions, each company is limited to one (1) 8-foot table.
  • Two Chairs: Two comfortable chairs for you and your team to use while interacting with visitors and conducting business.
  • Carpet: A carpeted floor in your space creates a welcoming and comfortable environment for exhibitors and visitors.
  • Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi access ensures you stay connected and can easily manage your digital needs during the event.
  • Lunch: This is a unique opportunity to eat lunch with the conference attendees.
  • Exhibitor Badges: Exhibitor badges are REQUIRED for all exhibitors and must be worn at all times.

Important Notice

Attendees can visit your exhibition space from:

  • 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. (Incident debriefings start at 8:00 a.m.)
  • Breaks during morning presentations
  • One-hour lunch break
  • Breaks during afternoon presentations

Exhibitors are welcome to attend the Active Shooter Conference presentations.

Direct Sales at Exhibition Booth

Showcase and sell your products directly to attendees. While firearm sales are not permitted per ATF rules, you are encouraged to promote and sell other products and services.


Exhibitor Payment Policy

To secure your exhibition space, you must pay all exhibition fees and expenses upon receipt of the invoice.

Invoices are processed and emailed within two business days of online registration.

Billing Information:

  • Full Name: Name of the individual responsible for invoices.
  • Email Address: Valid email for billing contact.

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy

  • Full Refund: Cancellations will receive a full refund before October 31, 2024.
  • Email cancellations to Terry Graham at terry.graham@otoa.org
  • No Refund: No refunds after November 1, 2024.
