Tony Castillo — Chief Instructor

Tony Castillo is a retired law enforcement professional with over 30 years of dedicated service, specializing in tactical operations, law enforcement training, and police administration. He currently serves as Chief Instructor for the Ohio Tactical Officers Association (OTOA), where he provides leadership and technical expertise in the development, refinement, and delivery of OTOA training programs.

As OTOA Chief Instructor, Tony provides technical leadership across the Association’s instructional programs.
