Conference Registration Fee: $400 per person, which includes a one-year OTOA membership. (Lodging is not included in the course fees)
Certification Courses: A flat fee of $50 allows attendance to one or multiple certification courses as your schedule permits. Certification courses are NOT included in the basic conference registration fee.
Maximum Registration Fee per Person: $450. This covers the conference fee and access to multiple certification courses with no additional charges beyond the flat $50.
- Lodging starts at $139.00 per night, double occupancy. (Restricted to registered conference attendees - Once you register, the hotel registration link will be in the confirmation email)
*Don't call the hotel for the "OTOA" room rate. Online reservations ONLY
Meal Details:
Dinner is provided on Monday, Tuesday (hospitality nights) & Wednesday (awards banquet)
- Extra awards banquet tickets are available for sale at the event. (One (1) dinner ticket per registered attendee)

- Experience hands-on sessions with the latest tactical gear. Dinner is provided. Attendee badges are required for entry.
- Transportation Note: All conference attendees are required to use the provided bus service for this event. Buses will run continuously on a loop between Kalahari and the event location.
