  • Live-fire, less-lethal munitions, drones, robots, other demos

Ammunition Restrictions

  • Provide all ammo; prohibited: GREEN TIP, ARMOR PIERCING, CORBON, STEEL CORE.
  • All ammo inspected by OTOA range safety personnel.

Additional Restrictions

  • No full-auto (Erie County Conservation Club rules).
  • Rifle suppressors must be secured and inspected.

Setup & Timing

Setup 4:30 p.m.; Live-fire 4:30–7:30 p.m. Limited parking; OTOA staff will assist.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Invoices begin February 2026. Register early — this show sells out every year.

Full refund for cancellations received before Apr 30, 2026 (email terry.graham@otoa.org).

No refunds after May 1, 2026. All balances due by June 1, 2026.

Billing contact required: Full name + email. Open invoices must be paid before setup.
