Jake Stoll has served with the Dublin Police Department since 1999 and currently holds the rank of Administrative Lieutenant, a position he has held since 2021. He brings more than two decades of law enforcement experience with a strong focus on leadership, training, and administrative operations.
Jake holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Kent State University and is a graduate of the Supervisors Training and Education Program (STEP), the Police Executive Leadership College (PELC), and the NTOA Command College.
Since 2001, Jake has been a firearms and defensive tactics instructor and also teaches in basic police academies. He has extensive experience managing large-scale law enforcement and public safety events.
Jake has been a member of the Delaware Tactical Unit since 2016 and was appointed Assistant Commander in 2024. He also serves on the OTOA RED Team training cadre, where he instructs in leadership, SWAT team management, and tactical operations, helping prepare agencies and officers for high-risk, mission-critical situations.
