Kyle Groves is a retired law enforcement officer with an extensive career in firearms instruction, impaired driving detection, and investigative work.  His dedication to advancing officer preparedness in various disciplines has made him a respected trainer and educator in the field.

Instructional Experience

Kyle is a seasoned instructor specializing in a wide range of training aspects including firearms, RDS development/implementation, and impaired driving.  Kyle has taught in several facets of law enforcement including in-service, advanced training, basic training academy, and college courses.  He has assisted the Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission/Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy with updating/revising basic academy training materials as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Drug Awareness and Crisis Intervention.
