Elizabeth "Libby" Castillo is a retired trooper/plainclothes investigator after 21 years with the Ohio State Highway Patrol. She brings extensive task force tactician experience to the table, as well as a Bachelor in Business Administration. She and her husband, Antonio "Tony" Castillo of OTOA Staff (and also retired), wear several hats within the organization. You'll see her at the annual Conference near the Training Office and Live Fire events. She shares and supports the expansion of female OTOA membership each year. She also dabbles in graphic design and loves a good spreadsheet.
When she's not working on Live Fire and other tasks, she runs a small business leading RV Confidence Courses for female owners and drivers. She's always planning the next Castillo RV Adventure.
Libby especially enjoys her service role at the Annual Conference, supporting the administration and training offices with other staff members. Feel free to stop in and talk about Montana!
