JLC Services, Inc, is the Program Administrator for eTMS Ohio. eTMS Ohio is a state-sponsored program reauthorized in Ohio House Bill 33 of the 135th General Assembly. 
This law provides that any Honorably Discharged Veteran, as well as any current or former Sworn Peace Officers, Firefighters, Emergency Medical Technicians/Paramedics, or Emergency Dispatchers may receive this drug-free and painless treatment at no cost. No insurance is billed for eligible participants. 

This confidential treatment uses FDA-approved equipment. No medical referrals are required, but we are seeing an uptick of referrals from Ohio Clinicians and VA Caregivers. 

Sessions are under 15 minutes
Five days per week for four weeks (20 total sessions)
Patients can return to work immediately after each session
Treatment is administered by certified Neuro Technicians
