Stephen Veach leads the Ohio Tactical Officers Association’s Software and Technology Division, overseeing the development and implementation of customized technology solutions that support OTOA’s training events, conferences, symposiums, and organizational operations.

Stephen has developed and advanced many of the technology systems used throughout OTOA’s major events, including customized attendee and exhibitor check-in platforms, exhibitor lead-generation and badge-scanning technology, exhibition floor mapping software, and technology supporting OTOA’s RIP-IT program.

Working closely with OTOA leadership and staff, Stephen identifies operational needs and develops practical technology solutions designed specifically for the organization. His work has helped streamline event administration, improve the attendee and exhibitor experience, provide exhibitors with enhanced tools and resources, and increase the efficiency of large-scale OTOA events.

Through the continued development and integration of new technologies, Stephen plays an important role in keeping OTOA at the forefront of technology within the law enforcement training and association community.
