The OTOA RED Team, grounded in Readiness, Education, and Development, is an elite unit comprised of current or recently retired law enforcement officers distinguished by their vetted credentials and extensive real-world experience. Serving as a specialized force within the OTOA, the RED Team is committed to elevating operational preparedness, advancing continuous learning, and nurturing the professional growth of its tactically minded first responders.
