This award honors the memory of a dear friend of the OTOA, Dave Roose, and recognizes an individual, corporation, or organization whose support drives the ultimate vision of the OTOA.

Consideration is given to those with a long-term commitment to promoting service, honor, and integrity.

All nominations must include the following:

• Nominee's full name.
• Agency/Organization/Corporation.
• A synopsis of the commitment in paragraph form.
• A contact person to verify the event, actions, or conduct.

Winners of these prestigious OTOA Awards receive the following:

• Recognition at the OTOA Awards Banquet.
• Lodging will be provided for the award winner for the night of the awards banquet.
• VIP table placement for the winner and *one (1) guest at the OTOA Awards Banquet.
