Halle Nagel is the Vice President of Marketing for UNITY Tactical, a company specializing in tactical system integration and human performance optimization. She joined UNITY in 2022 after leading marketing communications and brand strategy for Team Wendy, where she successfully rebranded the company, driving increased brand awareness and product adoption.

Prior to her work in the tactical industry, Halle spent nine years launching and growing the Dallas office of Jackson Spalding, a Forbes-ranked marketing communications agency, where she worked with major brands like Chick-fil-A, Mattress Firm, and Primrose Schools.

As a Non-Executive Board Member of the Ohio Tactical Officers Association (OTOA), Halle provides expert counsel on branding, marketing, and communications strategies to help advance the organization’s mission.
