Keith Meyer serves as the Webmaster for the Ohio Tactical Officers Association (OTOA) and is the creator and developer of the organization’s current website. He is responsible for the ongoing development, maintenance, functionality, and technical support of OTOA’s online presence.

Working closely with OTOA leadership and staff, Keith has developed the website into an important operational resource for the organization, supporting member services, training and event registration, conferences and symposiums, instructor and student resources, and organizational communications.

Building upon the platform and concepts developed for OTOA, Keith has also designed and developed websites for numerous other state, national, and international law enforcement training associations. The OTOA website model has provided a foundation for these organizations to implement similar online systems supporting membership, training, events, and organizational operations.

Keith continues to oversee website enhancements and system improvements as OTOA’s programs and technology needs evolve. His work helps ensure that OTOA’s digital platforms remain functional, accessible, and capable of supporting the organization’s growing training and educational mission.
