With a cadre of experts, Hyde Syte Tactics has developed life saving instruction for Law Enforcement, Military personell and the civilian sector. Trevor DeBoer has organized this course structure from over 29 years with U.S. Army Special Operations, conducting multiple deployments and over 26 years with the Milwaukee Police Department, of which 17 was with their full time SWAT Team. Trevor retired from MPD in May of 2024. Through Hyde Syte, Trevor continues to train  tactics in ballistic shield, firearms, sniper, room clearing, breaching, executive protection, tactical rappel and Tactical Emergency Casualty Care.
