Bus Rescue & Intervention Tactics

This 8-hour training block utilizes full-size coach and school bus platforms to prepare tactical officers for high-risk incidents involving large passenger vehicles. Participants will develop a working understanding of vehicle layout, structural considerations, access points, and operational challenges unique to bus environments.

Training progresses from foundational familiarization to coordinated exterior and interior intervention techniques, emphasizing safe, controlled movement, communication, and decision-making. The course culminates in scenario-based exercises that use Unit Solutions to reinforce tactics in realistic conditions.
