Training Description:

We Bring the Training to You.

The OTOA Regional Training Program is designed to deliver high-quality, mission-focused law enforcement training directly to officers across the State of Ohio. By hosting training events regionally, we increase accessibility, reduce travel burdens, and strengthen collaboration among agencies within each area of the state.

These regional training events provide officers with practical, real-world instruction focused on tactical operations, leadership, officer safety, and critical incident response. More importantly, they create opportunities for agencies to train together, share experiences, and build stronger professional relationships that enhance regional readiness and response capabilities.

The goal is simple: provide accessible, professional training that prepares officers for the realities of today’s public safety challenges while strengthening partnerships throughout Ohio.

8 Regions. One Mission. Safer Ohio.

All tactics, techniques, or technologies presented at any OTOA advanced training or annual training conference must be implemented in accordance with the United States Constitution, the Ohio Revised Code, and the policies and procedures of the student’s employing law enforcement agency.
