Colonel Garth has served in the U.S. Marine Corps since 1995, transitioning from active duty to the Reserve Force in 2001. He has commanded at platoon, battalion, and regimental levels and currently oversees senior-level staff training programs for the Marine Corps Training and Education Command. His career includes multiple combat tours, where he honed his leadership in high-stakes environments.

In 2007, Colonel Garth founded Command Ready, combining his military and business expertise with his MBA and Master’s in Strategic Studies to develop world-class leadership training programs. He delivers keynotes and workshops nationwide, translating battlefield-tested leadership principles into actionable strategies for corporate leaders.

Beyond speaking engagements, Colonel Garth operates a leadership retreat center in Greenville, South Carolina, providing immersive training experiences that empower individuals and organizations to lead with confidence, strategy, and resilience.
