Carole Heyward is a Senior Clinical Professor of Law at CSU College of Law, specializing in Transactional Law, Tax-Exempt Organization Law, Contracts, and Negotiation Skills. Admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1993, she has dedicated her legal career to representing and advising tax-exempt organizations.

In addition to her academic and legal work, Professor Heyward has been a dedicated volunteer with the Ohio Tactical Officers Association (OTOA) for several years. She serves as a member of the Board of Directors and holds the position of Board Secretary, providing invaluable legal guidance and governance support to the organization.
