Ryan Roach is a highly accomplished law enforcement professional with over 12 years of experience in patrol operations, tactical training, and leadership. He currently serves as a Sergeant with the Fairfield Township Police Department, where he holds multiple roles including Patrol Sergeant, Training Sergeant, and Fugitive Task Force Officer.

Ryan is an active member of the OTOA Red Team Cadre (2024–Present) and a presenter at the Ohio Tactical Officers Association (OTOA) Conference, contributing to the advancement of tactical law enforcement training across the state.

His previous service includes time with the Clearcreek Township Police Department (2013–2021), where he was a member of the Warren County Tactical Response Unit (TRU), serving as a SWAT Entry Officer, Sniper, and Training Officer.

Beyond law enforcement, Ryan is a Certified Force Science Analyst and an elite-level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Black Belt (2nd Degree). He is a Level 5 Instructor with C4C: Police Jiu-Jitsu and a Gracie Survival Tactics Level 2 Instructor. He owns and operates multiple businesses, including Legacy Martial Arts Academy, CrossFit 50/50, Legacy Training Solutions, and Legacy Real Estate Ventures.
