Course Description

LAW ENFORCEMENT Only
This two-day, 16-hour Instructor course is designed for Police Officers and Firefighter/Paramedics who wish to become certified instructors for Active Threat Rescue Task Force (RTF) skill sets. The course will provide participants with the knowledge, specialized tactical skills, and resources needed to develop, implement, and teach Rescue Task Force End User courses to their colleagues within their respective departments.

Rescue Task Force Operational Concept:
In an Active Threat situation, Police Officers and Firefighter/Paramedics work together to perform critical, lifesaving medical procedures and triage under the force protection of law enforcement. This collaborative approach allows for rapid response and effective care in high-risk environments.

Full Uniform (duty or tactical)
