Joe Holtz Bio
Joe has served 25 years with NIPAS-Emergency Services Team. He has served as the Perimeter Team Leader, Entry Team Squad Leader, Master Breacher and currently serves as the Senior Tactical Commander, Lead Instructor for the Tactics Training Committee and is one of the teams lead Firearms Instructors. Joe is also a lead ITOA instructor in all aspects of SWAT tactical response, as well as the ITOA’s Active Threat training program.
