  • Conference week: *$450 per person, one-year OTOA membership included
    *ala-carte add-ons are NOT included in the basic conference registration fees

Daily Agenda

SUNDAY - Early Check-In

  • 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Attendee Check-In
    • Location: Convention Center
    • Arrive early to settle in, explore the venue, and prepare for the week.

MONDAY - General Session & Lecture Series

  • 6:30 AM - 7:55 AM: Attendee Check-In

    • Location: Convention Center
    • Check-in early to receive your mandatory attendee badge.
  • 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM: General Session & Lecture Series
  • Location: Kalahari Ballroom
  • Featuring Critical Incident Debriefing Presentations.

 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM: Vendor Live-Fire & BBQ Dinner

    • Location: Erie County Conservation League (Transportation Provided)
    • Experience hands-on sessions with the latest tactical gear. Dinner is provided. Attendee badges are required for entry.
    • Transportation Note: All conference attendees are required to use the provided bus service for this event. Buses will run continuously on a loop between Kalahari and the event location.
  • 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Live-Fire Hospitality Event

    • Location: Marakesh Bar at Kalahari Convention Center
    • This event is open to all registered attendees and exhibitors. Unwind and network in a relaxed atmosphere.

TUESDAY - Vendor Show Day & Breakout Training Sessions

  • 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM: Vendor Exhibition

    • Location: Convention Center
  • 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Breakout Training Sessions

    • Location: Executive Center, Convention Center
  • 3:30 PM: Beer Service Begins

    • Kegs of beer will be available for all registered conference attendees, strategically placed in each exhibition hall.
  • 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Vendor Show Hospitality Night

    • Location: Convention Center
    • Open to all registered attendees and exhibitors. Enjoy a beer and food in a casual setting. Dinner is provided.
  • 6:30 PM - 7:00 PM: "RIP-IT" Vendor Day Bingo Card Drawing

    • Location: Convention Center
    • Winning Vendor Day bingo cards will be drawn, and vendor-provided door prizes will be awarded.

WEDNESDAY - Training Day & Awards Banquet

  • 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM: Training Courses

  • 5:30 PM: Awards Banquet Cocktail Hour

    • Location: Kalahari Ballroom
    • Credit card-only bar. (Kalahari is "cashless"
  • 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM: Awards Banquet

    • Location: Kalahari Ballroom
    • Open to conference attendees and OTOA VIP guests only. Conference ID required. Dinner is provided.

THURSDAY & FRIDAY - Training Days

  • 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM: Training Courses

Additional Information

  • Meal Details: Dinner is provided on Monday and Tuesday.
  • Tickets for Wednesday's Awards Banquet Dinner are $20 each. 
  • Breakfast and lunch are on your own each day.
*Due to room restrictions, the Wednesday Awards Banquet is capped at 800.
Dinner tickets for Wednesday are sold to the first 800 attendees who confirm their attendance.
  • Badge Policy: Attendee badges are mandatory for entry to all events.
  • Transportation: Mandatory bus transportation is provided to specified events with restricted parking.
