With 17 years in law enforcement, most recently as a Sergeant in Lyndhurst, I bring  experience in drug interdiction, crisis negotiation, and firearms instruction. A former member of the SPAN Drug Enforcement Unit and currently serving on the SPAN Crisis Negotiation Team, I specialize in de-escalating critical incidents and resolving high-stakes situations. As my agency’s Range Master and seasoned firearms instructor, I develop training plans and prepare officers in patrol rifle, pistol, revolver, and shotgun proficiency. I bring a focus on devloment in operational readiness in every aspect of duty.
