Joe is the Law Enforcement Sales Manager for Daniel Defense and has been with the company for over 18 years. During his time with the company, he has held many positions to include Production Manager, Product Manager, Armorer and Sales Manager. He has played critical roles in the new product development process, continuous improvement initiatives, and the development and implementation of the Armorer Training Program. His current duties include servicing state and local law enforcement agencies with operational requirements as well as teaching multiple M4 armorer training courses every year.

Prior to working at Daniel Defense, Joe served in the United States Marine Corps as a Military Police Officer. During his active duty service, he served two years in Okinawa, Japan as well as MCRD Parris Island, SC.

Joe has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for over 22 years.  They have two children, Lilly and Drew.
