Special Agent Julie Yelk is an 18 year veteran of the FBI. She has served at FBI Headquarters in Washington DC, the Salt Lake City Field Office, the Columbia Field Office, and currently the Cleveland Field Office. 

SA Yelk has been a FBI Crisis Negotiator for over 13 years. She has worked a multitude of crisis incidents to include hostage/barricades, kidnap for ransom, mental health crisis, and suicide response. She has also provided international negotiation support in Oman.

SA Yelk is currently the Senior Team Leader of the FBI Cleveland Division Crisis Negotiation Team and a certified Crisis Negotiation Instructor.
