Family Owned and Run
As partners in life and in business, Jim and Marian Lauer make a great team. Practically speaking, this means Marian takes care of the HR, ISO and OSHA aspects of the business which allows Jim to concentrate on sales and company growth. Drawing on each other’s strengths is a formula that’s proven to be extremely effective. The company has grown from 7 employees to 80 — with 2024 sales in excess of $15 million. Since purchasing the business in 1998, co-owners Jim and Marian Lauer, have instituted a lot of changes. The most significant change: investing in advanced technology enhanced by automation.
