Ramon Diaz Bio
Ramon Diaz joined the Delaware, Ohio Police Department in 1998 as a patrol officer and was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in 2008. He became a member of the Delaware Tactical Unit in 2001 and served as an entry team member, breacher, and Operational Team Leader before being selected as the Unit Commander in 2015. Ramon joined the OTOA Red Team in 2016 as an instructor focusing on Leadership and Tactics. He previously served as a member of the United States Army 19th Special Forces Group (Airborne) as a Senior Medical Sergeant and retired from the unit as a Chief Warrant Officer 2nd Class in 2013. Ramon retired from the Delaware Police Department in January 2024
