Lt. Osborne's family will receive guests at The Brant Funeral Home, 422 Harding Avenue, 
Sciotoville, on Sunday, April 14th from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Parking for Sunday's calling hours will be available at Harding Elementary School. A shuttle service will be provided from the elementary school to Brant Funeral Home by Portsmouth City Schools. 
Funeral services are being held Monday, April 15th, beginning at noon, at Cornerstone Nazarene Church, 12138 Gallia Pike, Wheelersburg. Parking for Monday will be available at Kroger and Lowes, a shuttle service will also be available from these locations as well. 
The interment will be in Memorial Burial Park.
