Carole Heyward Bio
Carole is a Senior Clinical Professor of Law at CSU College of Law where she teaches Transactional Law, Tax-Exempt Organization Law, Contracts, and Negotiation Skills . Carole was admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio in 1993 and focuses her practice on representing tax-exempt organizations.
Professor Heyward has volunteered her time with the OTOA for several years, acting as a member of the board of directors and serving as the board secretary.
