Before you register for the 2021 OTOA Conference

Don't be "That Guy" or "That Gal"...........take 1 minute and review some common registration mistakes.

Common Registration Mistakes

#1 - Not signing into the individual OTOA member account BEFORE registering.
All training certificates are linked to the individual member profile - No sign-in = No training certificates.

Best case scenario - have a current membership, sign in and register.

There are options for those not willing to pre-purchase new memberships & current membership renewals during the conference registration process. Renewals & new memberships ordered during the conference online registration process will NOT enable you to link any 2021 OTOA conference training certificates to a member profile. 

#2 - Not entering the appropriate billing and invoicing information.
Invoices are emailed to the individual identified during the registration process.
Who pays the bills? Identify them and use THEIR name and email.

#3 - Being in a hurry and making mistakes.

Attention to detail. Enter correct information the first time. 

DO NOT register using a cell phone
