OTOA Conference Exhibitor Payment & Cancellation Policy


Cancellations - Full Refund


Cancellations received prior to April 30, 2021, will receive a FULL REFUND.
All cancellation must be in writing and sent to Terry Graham: terry.graham@otoa.org


Cancellations - NO Refund

NO REFUNDS AFTER MAY 1, 2021

Cancellations received AFTER May 1, 2021, are NOT eligible for a refund.


Payment 

All vendor exhibition space and associated expenses are required to be paid prior to the scheduled event.

Open invoices are hand delivered on the day of the event and MUST be paid PRIOR to exhibition space set up.

Booth space is not guaranteed until full payment is received.
