The Ohio Identification Officers Association strives to be a professional association for those engaged in investigation, forensic identification and scientific examination of physical evidence.  Our mission is to provide training, continuing education, networking, and guidance for all areas of forensic science from scene processing, to evidence collection and analysis, and expert witness testimony.  We operate as a state division of the International Association for Identification (IAI, www.theIAI.org).  Our division members work in the forensic identification sciences at all levels of government.
