Companies that choose a silver sponsorship package or higher will be guaranteed placement in the Kilimanjaro Ballroom.

All packages include at least:

  • One (1) 8' table with a table skirt
  • Two (2) chairs
  • Pipe & drape
  • Two (2) vendor badges
  • Two (2) lunches
  • Carpet and wastebasket
  • Complementary wifi

How It Works:

  • The OTOA will prominently display the product at an OTOA personnel-manned booth starting at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 8, 2025.
  • All showcased products will be hand-delivered to the company representative on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, before the start of the vendor show.
