This 8-hour course is designed for breachers, tactical team leaders/commanders, and
agency administrators interested in establishing an explosive breaching program. The goal is to
provide students with knowledge, resources, and experience to evaluate and incorporate the
merits of explosive breaching. The course will consist of classroom and range activities that
include: the application of explosive breaching, governing regulations and liability, example
program documentation, core charge construction, and deployment of charges.
