Mike Fink has been a police officer since 1996 and a dual purpose K9 handlers since 2002. He currently serves as a patrol lieutenant and as the K9 trainer and supervisor for his agency, the South Euclid Police Department. Mike was a founding member of the EDGE SWAT Tactical K9 Program which provides K9 teams to the multi-jurisdictional SWAT team serving seven communities in northeast Ohio. He has deployed with his K9 on hundreds of tactical operations. Mike is also a nationally accredited master trainer with the North American Police Work Dog Association (NAPWDA). He is a member of the NAPWDA Tactics Committee and is a lead instructor at their Patrol Dog Tactics and Survival Course, which is instructed nationwide.
