Our Mission

The Ohio Tactical Officers, Inc., provides training, educational programing, and assistance both to the law enforcement community as well as the general public, in police procedures, operations and tactics and general purpose educational services to the public on neighborhood safety concerns and issues.

The Ohio Tactical Officers ultimate goal is to improve public safety through training, education and promoting professionalism in policing.

The educational programs and trainings offered are specifically designed to enhance the performance and professional status of law enforcement and first responder personnel by providing a credible and proven training resource as well as a forum for the development of tactics and information exchange between the professional law enforcement community and the general public.

The Ohio Tactical Officers would solicit donations and contributions donated by businesses and individuals to offset the cost of the training and educational programs which are scheduled on a regular basis.

Activities and Training

Ohio Tactical Officers provides training, educational programing, and assistance both to the law enforcement community as well as the general public, in police procedures, operations and tactics and general purpose educational services to the public on neighborhood safety concerns and issues. The OTOI's ultimate goal is to improve public safety through training, education and promoting professionalism in policing.

Who do we serve?

The professional law enforcement community (including Police SWAT officers, other police officers whether or not assigned to a tactical unit, and first responders), medical providers, corrections officers, civilian private security personnel, CCW permit holders, school personnel and the general public.

When or how often the activities occur.

The activities will occur on an ongoing basis. More specifically, for training programs specifically geared for the professional law enforcement community, training programs typically are scheduled on a quarterly basis. With regards to the public safety programing geared for the general public, educational seminars and other programing is scheduled on a monthly basis.
