OTOA Basic Rifle Operator/Introduction to Close Quarters Battle (CQB) Class
This three-day course is designed to enhance your tactical skills with extensive rifle handling and close-quarters battle training. You'll gain confidence and proficiency in modern combat techniques over two live-fire range days and one interactive force-on-paper training day.
Daily Overview:
Day 1 & 2: Live-Fire Drills — Master new weapon systems through hands-on practice.

Each class is developed with agency leadership and training staff to identify objectives, gaps, and desired outcomes. Based on that assessment, OTOA builds a custom in-service curriculum using proven methodologies and instructional standards.
Courses are available in one- to five-day formats and can be structured for patrol, SWAT, supervisors, or blended groups. Training is conducted at your facility or another approved location.
Upon contracting, agencies receive a custom registration code providing exclusive access to their specific in-service training course. Enrollment, course materials, and administrative tracking are limited to the contracting agency.
