In 1994 he was awarded the SWAT Officer of the year award, Mike is a certified Basic Police Instructor through OPOTA with Instructor Certification in Chemical and Specialty Munitions through OPOTA Mike retired from the Franklin Co SO in 2006 due to an inury. He will still be an active member with the organization.
	TEMS Liaison Jesse James Asst. Chief of Operations Parma Heights Fire Department 15 yrs. service. TEMS unit commander, currently an 8 member team Southwest Enforcement Bureau protects 19 communities in Southwest Cuyahoga County. The Tactical unit is a 70 man team from the 19 communities contributing members to the hostage negotiators, snipers, tactical operators, bomb technicians and TEMS providers.
