Patrol Supervisor Command Class- Ron McCarthy
Virtually all litigation against the police includes the allegation of “failure to supervise.” First responders are always uniform patrol officers and deputies. More often than not, violent suspects, emotionally disturbed subjects and armed offenders are threatening the lives of citizens and law enforcement.
Rarely does supervisory training tell lead officers, sergeants, and lieutenants exactly how to make the correct tactical decision, lead and deploy multiple officers, and establish order out of chaos.
The training program gives them the answers to the tough issues, and prepares them for the after event skills to successfully explain and defend their lawful and professional actions.

Armored Vehicle Rescue Operations/ Save our Own Self Buddy Care for Operators- Lt Jim Mariano, Dr. Matt Evenhouse and Chris Eben.
Armored Vehicle Operations involved a unique set of contingencies to plan for,   The various models all have specific features and limitations that must be planned for and practice to ensure a successful operation.   Combined with the self care training course the student will be exposed to two excellent segments that may be a necessity in a potential hot zone during operations.
"The self-aid/buddy-aid course is our version of the IACP “Save Our Own" course.  The operator will gain experience in the skills used in providing Care under Fire.  We adapt the military Tactical Combat Casualty Care model for the civilian operator who may be called upon to save their partner's life or their own through hemorrhage control, breathing support, and extraction techniques.  The operator will be presented a short lecture for orientation and then numerous hands-on exercises and scenarios to drive the information into knowledge.  Our goal is to equip and empower operators to become rescuers when no one else can.
